During the past 12 months (July 05 – June 06) they played as part of the Dutch team in Göteborg (European Chess Team Championship 2005) and Turin (Chess Olympiad 2006), maybe missing a slight chance to be in Beer Sheva (World Chess Team Championship). On five other occasions the Top 3 were competitors: Warsaw/Zegrze-Poludniowe (European Individual Chess Championship 2005), Dutch Club Competition 2005-2006, Khanty-Mansiysk (World Chess Cup 2005), Wijk aan Zee (Corus 2006) and Dutch Championship 2006.
