ChessVista.com is the website of chess photographer Frits Agterdenbos. The site provides the international chess community with high quality chess photos and chess news of chess players from international chess events. There will be visual reports and an album with chess photo collections showing all the visual aspects of the chess world.
ChessVista.com was launched 16 May 2006, just a few days before the start of the Turin Chess Olympiad. Since then 57 reports and 7 photo albums have been published. The launching date was well chosen. Thanks to the Olympiad many chess fans from 127 countries (!) have found their way to ChessVista.com. Many of them have become regulars. In this report we provide some statistics on the most viewed reports, photo albums and photos. The reports on the Olympiad were clearly the most popular, and still do attract a lot of visitors. Also the item Photo of the Month is attracting a lot of viewers.
