Corus Chess 2007 Round 3
15.01.2007 Round 3 was played on Monday 15 January 01.30 PM. In group A Radjabov (2.5 points) took the lead.by defeating Shirov (and winning the expert prize), while the Big Three all drew their games: Kramnik vs Tiviakov, Topalov vs Karjakin, and Anand vs Aronian. In Group B only one game was drawn: Bologan vs Stellwagen. Bu and Smeets are on 2.5 points, followed by 3 players on 2 points. In group C Nepomniachtchi made his first draw. He shares the lead with Negi and Bosboom, all on 2.5 points. The Dutch squadron (14 players) scored minus 1: 1.0/2 in A + 3.5/5 in B + 2.0/7 in C = 6.5/14.
