18.01.2007 Round 5 was played on Thursday 18 January 01.30 PM. In group A Radjabov (vs Navara) won again. Also Anand (vs Svidler) and Van Wely (vs Shirov) won their games. Radjabov is leader on 4.5 points, followed by Topalov and Anand on 3.5 points. Aronian and Kramnik are on 3.0 points. In Group B leader Smeets lost to Bologan. There are 4 players on 3.5 points: Bologan, Smeets, Eljanov and Jakovenko. In group C Nepomniachtchi (vs Jonkman) won again. He is on 4.5 points. Berg is second on 4 points. The Dutch squadron (14 players) scored minus 3: 1.5/2 in A + 1.0/5 in B + 3.0/7 in C = 5.5/14. Tomorrow Kramnik plays Anand. Also the best Dutch players will play: Van Wely vs Tiviakov.
