In group C Nepomniachtchi (vs Spoelman) made his third draw. Hou Yifan lost to Willemze. Nepomniachtchi leads on 8.5 points, followed by Krasenkow on 7.5 points and Berg on 6.5 points. The Dutch squadron (14 players) scored even: 1.0/2 in A + 2.0/5 in B + 4.0/7 in C = 7.0/14. Today Manuel Bosboom (1963) turned 44. Tomorrow Thursday 25 January the players in groups A, B & C will be having a rest day.
