Dutch Championship 2008, R4 + Women R2
05.04.2008 The Dutch Chess Championship 2008 Round 4 took place Saturday 5 April. Friso Nijboer, who drew Dimitri Reinderman, leads with 3.0 points. He is followed by six players with 2.5 points: Sergei Tiviakov, Daniël Stellwagen, Erwin L’Ami, Sipke Ernst, Dimitri Reinderman and Yge Visser. A remarkable coincidence was the game Erwin L’Ami versus Jan Smeets. The players celebrated their birthday. They are both born on 5 April 1985. The game ended in a draw. The women championship started Friday. Saturday round 2 was scheduled. Zhaoqin Peng (who defeated Petra Schuurman) and Bianca Muhren (who defeated Martine Middelveld) are on 2.0/2.
