ChessVista.com is the website of chess photographer Frits Agterdenbos. The site provides the international chess community with high quality chess photos and chess news of chess players from international chess events. There will be visual reports and an album with chess photo collections showing all the visual aspects of the chess world.24.01.2009 Round 7 was played on Saturday 24 January. In Group A there were two decisive games. Movsesian defeated Ivanchuk and Morozevich Smeets. Karjakin and Movsesian lead with 4.5 points, followed by Aronian, Dominguez and Radjabov with 4.0 points. In Group B there were six decisive games, and one draw. Short (vs Kasimdzanov), Volokitin (vs Reinderman), Mecking (vs Sasikiran), Motylev (vs Hou), L’Ami (vs Navara) and Caruana (vs Werle) were the happy ones. Short leads with 5.0 points, followed by Volokitin, Motylev and Caruana with 4.5 points. In Group C there were three decisive games.
