The site provides the international chess community with high quality chess photos and chess news of chess players from international chess events. group A Alexei Shirov spoiled his first half by drawing against Nigel Short. Vladimir Kramnik, Leinier Dominguez and Peter Leko won their games versus Loek Van Wely, Sergey Tiviakov and Fabiano Caruana. Alexei Shirov is leader on 5.5 points, followed by Hikaru Nakamura, Magnus Carlsen, Vassily Ivanchuk and Vladimir Kramnik on 4.0 points. In
group B 15-year-old Anish Giri won again (vs Tomi Nyback). He is leader on 5.0 points, followed by Hua Ni (who defeated Anna Muzychuk) and Erwin l’Ami (who defeated Parimarjan Negi) on 4.0 points. David Howell, Arkadij Naiditsch, Wesley So and Pentala Harikrishna are on 3.5 points. In
