In the penultimate round (R8) Anne Haast, the only girl in Group A Juniors, defeated top ranked David Klein. Lars Ootes and Yorick Ten Hagen became the new leaders by defeating FM Benjamin Bok and Nicky Law respectively. Marieke Dirksen and Lisa Hortensius lead Group A Girls.
