ChessVista.com is the website of chess photographer Frits Agterdenbos. The site provides the international chess community with high quality chess photos and chess news of chess players from international chess events. There will be visual reports and an album with chess photo collections showing all the visual aspects of the chess world.25.01.2012 Round 10 of Tata Steel Chess 2012 took place on Wednesday 25 January. Group A: Four out of seven games ended in a win, the highest number so far, and all for Black. Anish Giri lost his third game in a row. In round 10 Levon Aronian was superior to him. The Armenian is sole leader with 7.5/10, a full point ahead of Vassily Ivanchuk who climbed up to second place after a win versus the unlucky tail-ender David Navara. Magnus Carlsen shares third place (6.0 points) with Teimour Radjabov, the tenth player who couldn’t defeat bottom seed Loek Van Wely. Fabiano Caruana, who defeated Veselin Topalov, and Hikaru Nakamura share fifth place with 5.5 points. Group B: Pentala Harikrishna won against Daniele Vocaturo and remains sole leader (8.0 points). Erwin L’Ami (who defeated Viktorija Cmilyte) and Alexander Motylev (who defeated Sipke Ernst) share second place with 7.0 points. Lazaro Bruzon (draw against Sergey Tiviakov) is fourth. Group C: Maxim Turov is sole leader (8.0 points) again after a draw against Elisabeth Paehtz and Hans Tikkanen’s loss to Dutchman Pieter Hopman.
